Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders to the United States. Shipping costs for other countries are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. We don't process orders on weekends or holidays.

Where your order ships from
We work with partner warehouses, and your order may ship from a warehouse outside your country. Because of this, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Delivery time
Most US orders arrive in 8 to 15 days. Delivery time depends on your address and the warehouse your order ships from, and some orders can take longer. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

Customs and import fees
For orders outside the United States, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are set by your country and are paid by the customer.

Problems with delivery
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us at nehori900@gmail.com with your order number. If the package is lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct; we can't be responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
